Restaurant 秀山”Shuzan”

Here, an ambient dining room, warmed by an open log fire with a stunning backdrop of mountain ranges, visitors and guests alike can enjoy Asian fusion cuisine plus traditional European fare. The head chef describes the Asian fusion experience as a marriage of cultures: “New Zealand food served with a subtle Japanese influence.”
