A 10 min flight will be conducted by co-owner Akira Matsushita’s R44 under Private Operation. The availability for this flight is dependent on the weather and also his availability on the day. If no flight is available during your stay, a Voucher (valid for 3months) will be given to you. Please use it for your next stay. A voucher is transferrable but not exchange in money or goods.

The booking / payment shall be made by Group representative, not an individual
Require $50/room deposit to secure booking
A Balance shall be paid in full at our reception when you arrive
Require a detail of your group and its intention of your stay

What time can I check-in?

From 3pm on the day of arrival and latest check-in time is 8.30pm.
If you arrive early, you can have a soak in the pools until the room is ready.

Check out time is at 10.30am.

Can I use the pools after checked out?

Yes, you can use our pools even after you have checked out till noon.

Why are my credit card details required?

Your credit card details are required as a form of deposit and a guarantee against ‘no-show’, which also secures your booking until you arrive.

You can choose your method of payment e.g. cash, a different credit card or the credit card you have used as a guarantee, or EFTPOS when you check out.

If you don’t wish to give us your credit card details, a $50 deposit by direct credit is required to confirm the booking.

Night before till 8pm – No Charge
Booked date till 5pm – $50 per room
Booked date after 5pm is treated as NO SHOW – Full rate

Booking confirmation will be sent within 72 hours.

No pets are allowed in the rooms.

Do you have Internet access in the rooms?

Internet access is available at the reception $3.00 for 20min. If you have a laptop, it will cost you $5.00 per hour

No kitchen facility, no microwave in the room.

It includes accommodation and access to rock pools for 24 hours and Japanese bathhouse, use of Kimono and Slippers for 2, 50% discount on Private Spa.
