Cancellation Policy

  • Night before till 8.00pm - No Charge
  • Booked date till 5.00pm - $50 per room
  • Booked date after 5.00pm is treated as No show - Full room rate.
  • Cancellations must be done over phone 03-523-8840, NOT email
